I know I can get the job done, but want to feel it as well as know it in my head. A few good throws could lead to a good leg, a good leg could lead to a win and a win could lead to a good night. For my part I am just gong to try to keep calm and enjoy myself and not fight the dart board.
The team we are playing beat us last time we played, but it was a close 7-5. I want to be a plus for our side! Can I pull it all together, the emotional and psychological as well as the physical?
A challenge as I lack experience, but one I plan on meeting!
Lucky for me I have a little help in my corner, as George Silberzahn who's 'Flight School' I mentioned in my previous post is giving me a bit of extra help. A little focus on the parabola of my shot and a lot more consistency in the speed of my delivery and I am back on track!!
Once the game starts tomorrow night, I cant control what the other player does. I just want to be happy win or lose with how I played.
I'll keep you all posted!!
